Will I be locked into a contract?
No. Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply log into your account, go to Your Subscriptions and click “Edit”.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the option to cancel the renewal of your subscription.
Can I skip a week or more of delivery?
Definitely. Just make sure you do it before your delivery cutoff time to stop your next order. You can even schedule this up to 4 weeks in advance.
What's your freshness guarantee?
We guarantee that all our flowers will last at least 7 days .
If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly replace the bouquet or refund your money.
Help! my BloomsyBox hasn't arrived
Not to panic! We ship our boxes between the 15th and the 26th of each month. Think your BloomsyBox might be missing in action? Let us know and email info@BloomsyBox.com. We will do all we can to get your flowers or ship a new box.
